Jacob Sheehan
Co-Founder & Director
Jacob's journey in construction began at age 13, fueled by a passion for building. With formal training from RMIT and hands-on experience at a leading luxury firm, he evolved from project coordinator to project manager, ultimately becoming a co-founder and owner of LuxForm Built.
Jacob's experience with complex residential builds has equipped him with a deep understanding of managing intricate architectural details, as well as a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Richard Caruso
Co-Founder & Director
Richard, a former carpenter specializing in heritage renovations, complements Jacob's expertise. His progression from site manager to project manager led him to being co-founder and owner of LuxForm Built.
Richard brings a deep understanding of both traditional craftsmanship and modern construction techniques as well as over 20 years' experience.
